Love, Loyalty and Football

Ok Kids. I have been a Philly Eagle fan for 24 years now. Ive watched them lose, and lose some more, and I never ever gave up. Ive had all the local rednecks haze me for liking a 'yankee' team. Ive had ex's torment me with their Superbowl winning teams. I laughed about the Eagles egging the Falcons bus and was called down for laughing at something that was not 'in the spirit of the game'. Wha?? This IS the spirit. Egg the enemy, taunt them, my fans can beat up your fans... believe that. As the game wrapped up, I became elated. I became psychotic. I began taunting Cd who showed up an hour late and left early because he couldnt handle all the WRONGNESS of telling me all week my team would lose.

Just fyi...

Its hard to impress someone with your womanly charms when you are standing on your own couch screaming shit like "HAHAHHA BIOTCH, WHAT NOW MOTHERFUCKERS YEAH, WOOHOO, DIE NE BITCHES"

On a side note, lets bow our heads to give our respects to the INSANELY ugly loss that Pittsburgh suffered. Oh, and thats Cd's team.

He hasnt spoken to me since sunday.

  1. I am on, I am on a comment page...finally...oh okay now I have to write a comment...sorry bout that...

I have to say KICK SOME PATRIOT ASS, Philly...I live in Connecticut (Patriot Country), but I'm from Pittsburgh, born and raised a Steeler Fan, I watched them win some and lose some, and they had a WONDERFUL SEASON...I love those boys...sometimes more than life itself, and Joy you are not alone as a woman standing on her couch screaming obscenities at the television...I am always right there with you...It was a sad day for steeler fans but I believe if the Burgh didn't do it go PHILLY, PA RULES!!! Football RULES!!!

  2. I guess I am you normal typical female... ummmm wait (Checking) ohhh yes I am male, but I don't watch football. Ok I will rephrase "ahhhhmmm (clearing throat, for a deeper resonance)I am an atypical Male who does not watch football. I think you know this about me all ready. Not like what I do matters. I wouold rather play football then watch it. It's pretty much like that with all sports. I do like watching football with people who get as excited as you do!! Like my beautiful Pal Booby and the way Bookend watch it. I could just hang with them and pretend I know whats going on all the while secretly watching them at how excited they get. People with that type of emotion make those type of situations great for me!! Makes me wanna pull my hair out when the Whalers bunt for a feild goal...

hahahahah i'm playing I am not that dumb

    OR AM I,

    TO BE CONTINUED

  3. GRATZ TO BOOKEND on being able to comment~!! :D

And yes, for some reason Bookend I am a PA football team loving girl. I was genuinely IMMENSELY disgusted at the Steelers loss. I know what you mean about loving those boys, trust me, seeing that is enough to make you cry for them! But really, if I werent so hardcore Philly, Pittsburgh is the only team Id ever root for :D I wanted to see an ALL PA Superbowl so damn bad too. I guess Im not loyal to my state at all. Hell, PA is about one of the only states Ive never even passed through. Must have been another life or something :p

  5. Actually Joy, everyone looks at Bm like he's crazy because he is. I've never met anyone, adult or child, that has enough energy and randomness as BM. To be honest Little C idolizes his dad, you should see his little face light up whenever his pop enters the room.

Congrats to the Eagles. I was hoping for a Steelers Eagles Superbowl. Not that I don't like the Pats, I just feel they had ther year last year, let someone else enjoy this one. I'm an equal opritunity fan. Except for the Bengles who never fail to make me laugh with thier incredible ability to lose.

  6. Go to a party with BM and experience the outsider's sense of confusion...when you are with BM and you understand and love him...it is very interesting to see all of the people who have NO idea how to take him and his livelihood...as far as his child...there probably isn't anyone in the world who understands BM as much as Little C...

  8. I am the luckiest guy on the earth to have so many amazing friends who appreciate and love me for whom I am. Truly blessed.

  9. I think the Steelers have inherited the Red Socks line of "there's always next year". The Pats are going to do it again. Even with a huge injury list they're a better team. Sorry all you Eagles fans, just not happening this year.

  10. I'm not into football that much, I just watch the SuperBowl every year. That's about it.
